Internal generative content platform for a leading Dutch e-commerce retailer
One of the Netherlands’ largest online retailers needed a faster way for its teams to produce high volumes of on-brand visual and written content. Traditional production workflows couldn’t keep pace with the size of the catalog and the speed of campaigns.
We designed and built an internal content generation platform now used by 300–400 employees across the organization. Using Nano Banana 2 for image generation and Google Gemini alongside other LLMs for copy and orchestration, the platform produces content that stays consistent with the retailer’s visual identity and tone of voice. The backend runs on FastAPI, with a React frontend that keeps the workflow simple: employees describe what they need, review the results, and have ready-to-use branded content in minutes rather than days.
The result is a tool that lets hundreds of people across the business create on-brand content quickly and independently, reducing reliance on bottlenecked creative resources and freeing specialists for higher-value work.
